N&N d.o.o. is a beneficiary of the Public Tender: Incentives for the Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D ReactEU). The purpose of the call is to stimulate the growth and development of the supported companies and to tackle the effects of the covid-19 pandemic by investing in the use of digital business in their supply and/or sales chains, increasing management capacity, introducing digital business models, making investments for the purpose of digital transformation in the production and operations of the supported companies, promoting energy and material efficient processes, increasing the added value per employee and preserving jobs in the supported companies. The investments will enable enterprises to restructure and modernise their business and production processes and to introduce new digital business models, thereby maintaining their market position in the short term and strengthening their position in existing markets and penetrating new markets and niches in the long term.
The objectives of the call for tenders are:
– to implement the digital transformation of the supported enterprises through the transition to digitalisation of their business and the adaptation to digital markets;
– improving the competences of employees in the supported enterprises,
– promoting energy and material efficient processes; and
– increasing the value added per employee in supported enterprises.
The expected result of the call for proposals is the co-financing of at least 300 operations or companies that will carry out digital transformation, increase the competences of employees in the supported companies and increase the added value per employee by at least 3%. The co-financing rate is 60% of the eligible costs of the operation, the company N&N d.o.o. has been granted a subsidy of € 99.905,00. N&N d.o.o. has been granted a subsidy of € 99.905,00. Description and objectives of the company’s operation: Digital transformation of the business and robotization of the production line of N&N d.o.o.
The operation ”Digital transformation of the business and robotization of the production line of N&N d.o.o.” will invest in tangible and intangible fixed assets of the company, in the services of external DIH experts for digitalization, and in the work of employees within the company who will ensure the effective transformation of our company.
We have 35 activities planned to fill the gap. The aim of the operation is to completely transform our company, both in the administrative and production areas.
We will automate repetitive processes in the company, thus increasing the added value of our employees, who will also receive training to strengthen their competences.
The largest part of the investment will be dedicated to equipment for the robotization of the production line, which will completely digitize the traditional business model of our wood-processing company and, as a result, we will be able to offer new and improved products to the market, which will also further increase the added value of the natural material used – wood.
The investments are being made in six areas of the company’s business: Customer Experience, Data Strategy, Processes and Solutions, Digital Business Models, Digital Workforce Development Strategy, Cyber Security and Industry 4.0.
