• Finnish sauna: temperature 70°C – 95°C, humidity ±10%.
• Saunarium/Bio-sauna: temperature 45°C – 60°C, humidity ±40-55%.
• Stone sauna: temperature 65°C – 90°C, humidity ±10-30%.
• Earth sauna: temperature 90°C – 110°C, humidity ±10-20%.
• Kelo sauna / block sauna: temperature 70°C – 85°C, humidity ±7-10%.
• Steam sauna / Hammam: temperature 40°C – 50°C, humidity ±90-95%.
• Infrared cabin: temperature 30°C – 45°C, humidity ±30-40%.
• Barrel sauna: temperature 45°C – 95°C, humidity ±10-55%.
